From small beginnings……to ‘big cheese’
Our Challenge
Dofino was a minor US brand of Havarti cheese from Arla Foods, without a nationwide listing in any of the big supermarkets.
Strategy and Activation
We developed Dofino as ‘the natural choice’ and devised a portfolio strategy which facilitated a quantum leap in the number of cheese types and pack formats sold under the brand.

New Cheese types and new pack formats.
The Result
Dofino is now ‘big cheese’ in the US, with close to 100 SKUs and the ‘holy grail’ of listings in Wal-Mart.
