Karoline’s New Kitchen
The challenge
Modernise and reinvent the classic cook-book series "Karolines Køkken" to reflect and inspire home cooking today.
Strategy and activation
We developed and designed the "Karoline’s New Kitchen" book with integrated links to web services, tools for planning meals and shopping, and a mobile showroom kitchen. A product of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) thinking and public health, we created strategic alliances with a public campaign for healthy food (6 a day), the Danish Cancer Society, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and others.
Execution and Results
The book revived the Karoline’s Kitchen series, received good press and held 1st place for four months in the non-fiction category at bookstores.
